What is ASAP?
ASAP stands for Automatic Shipping Advantage Program. It’s available on most products and offers a more affordable and convenient way to shop.
- You’ll receive a saving on every eligible product added to your ASAP
- You’ll receive your selected products each month, after choosing an automatic order date - to help you stay on top of your health and wellbeing routine.
Only products added to your ASAP will receive these benefits. We will fulfil your order on, or as close to, your chosen date as possible.
How ASAP works
Create/login to your account and choose a date (from 1st - 27th) for your chosen products to be automatically ordered each month. Your preferred payment method will be charged on dispatch.
When ordering, simply check the ‘Make this ASAP’ box against each product you’d like to receive every month.
You can also join our ASAP program by placing an order through our ASAP Management tool
You can change, cancel or suspend your ASAP, at least three working days before it’s due to be reordered. Any changes made within three days of your ASAP date will be applied to next month’s order.
Managing your ASAP
Once you’ve set up your first ASAP order, you can manage future ASAP orders through our online ASAP Management tool including product choice, preferred automatic order date and payment details.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days.
If the courier shipping your order offers tracking, you will be able to track it to its destination using the link, or tracking number, included in your shipping confirmation email. Please note, tracking numbers are not available for all countries.
Returns and refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product you may return it by giving us notice within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Lifeplus offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products.
If this was an ASAP product, please remember to remove it from future deliveries if you would prefer not to buy it again.
To initiate a return, please email us with your order number, the product you wish to return and whether you’d like a replacement or refund.
Sending a return
Returned products must be received by our customer service returns department (at our return address) in the original packaging with the original proof of purchase (invoice). Please do not write anything on your invoice.

When will I receive my refund?
We process refunds as soon as possible. In any case, this will be within 14 calendar days of our receipt of your returned products.
Your refund will be processed via the same method of payment used to place the order.
Products cannot be accepted for refund or exchange outside of the 30-day limit unless the products are found to be faulty.
